Diagnostic Reports
Women’s Health Laboratories recognizes that clear, concise and timely diagnostic reports are at the core of our service offering. Our gynecologic pathology staff is focused on delivering a high quality diagnosis in a customized report format. In addition, our laboratory is designed to deliver the fastest turnaround time in the nation. Histology reports are routinely delivered within 48 hours and only in the case of special stains or expert consultations are they delayed.
Cytology reports are typically received within 2 to 4 days of specimen receipt and most molecular assays are completed within this short timeframe as well. Our proximity to the FedEx national distribution center provides superior turnaround time to our clients.

GYN Cytology Monthly Summary
This is a comprehensive database of all GYN cytology accessions from a given account in a given month. Data can be sorted by a number of parameters including ICD-9 code, diagnosis, ordering physician and procedure date.
GYN Cytology/Histology Correlation Report
This report identifies all atypical cytology results from the past 60 days and associates all histology results with their corresponding cytology diagnosis. Any cytology results that do not have a histology result related to them are highlighted. Data can be sorted by a number of parameters including ICD-9 code, diagnosis, ordering physician and procedure date.
Patient Summary Reports
This is a comprehensive database of all accessions from a given account in a given time period. Data can be sorted by a number of parameters including ICD-9 code, diagnosis, ordering physician and procedure date.
Turnaround Time Analysis
This report monitors the turnaround time speed of patient results. This report can be provided to insurance plans as a key quality indicator and offers you a tool to evaluate and compare laboratory service levels.
